This problem usually has one of two possible causes:
1. You are using a WCF trace file instead of a WCF message log (this is my fault for being inconsistent with WCF terminology, check the usage notes document carefully for instructions on setting up the log and selecting the right file).
2. You collected a client side log and told the tool it is service side or vice versa.
